I was so excited to go the the local Arts Fair on Saturday. Mom and Shann had told me about this amazing photographer, Scanlan Photography, who did landscape pictures from all over the world. The Ball was Saturday evening, but we had a little time to spare before we started the dressing frenzy.
So headed off to the fair. My jaw dropped as I walked into the Scanland Photography tent. I could have stayed there forever and just admired all those pictures. We stayed there as long as we could, but eventually had to move on.
We went to the historic arts section and there was a tent with all kind of herbs and teas in it. They had a really neat bottle with vanilla beans in it to make vanilla extract. That was where I spent my money:
The jar of tea came with a diffuser and a stick of rock candy. I also bought a stick of licorice root to knaw on. It was surprisingly good! It tasted just like the candy that you buy.
After wandering around a little more, we went home to get ready for the ball.
