First Laugh fluttered into my head about three days before NaNoWriMo '09 and asked (she is a polite fairy and would never demand) that I put her story down on paper....So I did and actually won my first Nano in the process.
Then for the next months (year) I have been editing and rearranging her story so that it suits her perfectly (she is also a very precise fairy and doesn't want anything to be presented the wrong way).
Fortunately she's a lovely fairy to work with. It took me a while to get her to hold still long enough to sketch her, but at last she did and I was able to show the world what she looks like.
I am working on the illustrations for her story as well as implementing some very good advice I got from some wonderful friends (only after consulting First Laugh, of course).
So, if all continues to go well, and First Laugh give me some better descriptions of what some scenes looked like (and I can excel very quickly in the art department) her story will be available for you to read as well.
She is really a loveable fairy and would love to meet you all, I know it!
